SPECIAL BELTS AND DIFFERENT PRINT APPLICATIONS
Belt of special lenght can be made in polyurethan, with ring closure using particular hot welding procedure on the required lenght of belt.
Il shoud be remembered during the designed stage, however, that jointed belts have about 50% of the load capacity of the original belt.
Applications can be fixed on the external surface of belts in polyurethane or other materials including para rubber, rubber, linatex, etc. by vulcanisation.
The polyurethane applications can be moulded, if a die is available, or hot welde with moulds produced on machine tools.
